Production Planner / Scheduler – (Flanders region)
Do you thrive in fast-paced supply chain environments where your decisions have an immediate impact on production? We are looking for a Production Planner / Scheduler to join the supply chain team of a leading international player in the food industry.
Your responsibilities:
* Build and adjust the production plan over a multi-week horizon.
* React quickly to unexpected events and update the plan several times a day when needed.
* Ensure availability of raw materials and stock to secure uninterrupted production.
* Coordinate closely with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain optimal flows.
* Manage orders and reporting in SAP / OMP, with heavy use of advanced Excel (macros).
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Your profile:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in supply or production planning.
* Strong command of SAP and Excel (OMP knowledge is a plus).
* Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to defend your position.
* Analytical, agile, and comfortable working under pressure.
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset.
* On-site presence required 5/5 (homeworking very limited).
