In the role of Technical Works Manager you will have to optimize fleet intervention projects by ensuring that schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly. Your main taks and responsibilities will be:Receive and evaluate 'ready to schedule' job packages from technical engineers.Create comprehensive schedules, assigning required skills, resources, and other needs.Manage the stage gate preparation process and develop specific schedules for distribution to the Technical Supervisors of the Fleet Intervention project.Track daily progress during execution and report on any corrective actions necessary to speed up tasks.Ensure timely initiation of tasks by coordinating safety inspections, site arrivals, and the availability of tools.Lead minor repair tasks in the absence of the project manager and coordinate with technical supervisors.
