We are looking for a Total Workforce Strategic Capability Planning Lead who is analytical, collaborative, and forward‑thinking to join us in our Talent (Human Resources) team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will lead the design and implementation of our strategic capability planning approach to ensure the organization has a future‑ready total workforce with the right skills, in the right configuration, at the right moment. Working across Talent, Finance, Operations, and Business teams, you will connect total workforce insights with long‑term business strategies to guide capability investments, resource planning, and skills development (Build Buy Borrow Bot).
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with Talent Partners, Finance, Digital Technology, and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into total workforce needs (Build Buy Borrow Bot). You will act as a central connector across multiple functions, ensuring that capability planning, skills insights, and workforce decisions are aligned and supported by strong data, consistent governance, and clear ways of working.
What you’ll do
• Lead the design and execution of the strategic capability planning framework and governance for long‑term total workforce decisions.
• Develop multi‑year workforce and skills forecasts using data, modelling, and external market insights.
• Provide scenario‑based guidance on capability priorities, resource allocation, and future skills needs.
• Drive total workforce insights across internal roles, external talent, services, and automation.
• Partner with Talent and Learning teams on skills assessments, upskilling, and reskilling pathways.
• Use data dashboards and analytics to support objective, insight‑driven decisions across functions.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, Information Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in strategic workforce planning, capability strategy, or operating model transformation.
• Excellent analytical skills, including modelling, forecasting, scenario‑building, and data interpretation.
• Ability to work with digital and analytics tools to enable insights and workforce planning.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with experience influencing senior partners.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross‑functional alignment.
