Enerzijds produceren we geïntegreerde lagen voor de vleugels en stabilisatoren met behulp van twee automatische tape-lagen en zeer grote autoclaven en natuurlijk
de uitgebreide knowhow van onze collega's in samenwerking met het ingenieursbureau in Brussel is SABCA Limburg ook verantwoordelijk voor de Flaptrack
stroomlijnkappen van verschillende vliegtuigen.
Aan de andere kant is de ruimtevaartindustrie ook aanwezig in deze site met de uiteindelijke systeemintegratie van Ariane en Vega-assemblages.
Mission:
For Sabca Limburg, we are looking for a team leader for Tape-Layer operators and autoclave operators. You will be working at a nice company dedicated to the production of high-tech parts for aircraft and spacecraft. Including parts for the F35.
1st department in which you will be responsible as team leader is Automated Tape-Layer. Automated Tape-layer's responsibilities include preparing moulds, setting up machines, laminating parts, quality checks,...
The department consists of operators. In terms of management, you ensure optimal preparation of the work so that the execution runs efficiently.
The 2nd department is the autoclave, here you are responsible for the optimal curing of parts produced in the clean room.
