As a Business Controller, you will ensure the financial monitoring and performance of multiple infrastructure and operational projects within the aviation environment. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions, profitability optimisation, and risk mitigation.
Project Controlling & Financial Planning
* Lead the financial monitoring of airport-related projects, including cost tracking, CAPEX/OPEX follow-up, margin analysis, and budget control.
* Build and update project schedules, financial forecasts, and long-term planning models.
* Analyse variances between forecast and actual results and propose corrective actions.
* Actively contribute to the yearly budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts.
Performance Management & Reporting
* Develop, improve, and maintain project dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
* Prepare management reports and financial insights for the CEO and key stakeholders.
* Ensure accuracy and coherence of financial and operational data.
* Conduct financial reviews and targeted audits on project performance.
Business Partnering
* Support project managers and operational teams with financial guidance, planning insights, and decision-making support.
* Improve internal processes and reporting tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
* Participate in project committees and operational review meetings.
Mobility & Travel Requirements
* Weekly presence in Paris to support ongoing projects.
* Occasional travel to Lyon depending on project needs.
* High flexibility and adaptability are essential for this position.
* Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in controlling, project controlling, audit, or financial planning.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and reporting tool proficiency.
* Rigorous, autonomous, structured, and business-oriented.
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Willingness to travel weekly.
