Mission.
The mission consists of supporting the implementation and execution of third-party IT risk management requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
The role focuses on eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and IT requirements related to IT suppliers, while ensuring data quality, contract compliance, and risk visibility.
Beyond business analysis, the objective is to improve processes, strengthen third-party risk governance, and ensure consistent and compliant management of IT supplier relationships.
The goal is to enable the organization to enhance control over third-party IT risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve data-driven decision-making within a complex and evolving environment.

Required profile.
Required Expertise – Business Analyst (IT Risk / DORA)
7. Requirements elicitation and business analysis (Advanced, current experience)
8. Third-party IT risk and supplier management (Advanced, current experience)
9. IT contract analysis and compliance (Advanced, current experience)
10. Data analysis and data quality management (Advanced, current experience)
11. Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination (Advanced, current experience)
12. Process analysis and improvement (Advanced, current experience)
Experience
13. At least 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
14. Experience in third-party IT supplier management and/or IT contract management is a strong asset
Technical Expertise
Mandatory
15. Ability to analyze IT supplier contracts and assess contractual impacts
16. Understanding of third-party risk management principles and processes
17. Knowledge of business and data rules for data management and reporting
18. Ability to perform risk-based and pragmatic analysis
Preferred
19. Knowledge of DORA (EU regulation)
20. Affinity with IT supplier and contract management

21. Experience with requirements management and modeling tools
22. Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
23. Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
24. Ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels (business and IT)
Education
25. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
