We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our team in Liège. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between the business operations and HR, working directly on the front lines of our logistics/warehousing environment. You will drive business success through organizational optimization, talent development, and maintaining a high-performance culture while ensuring full compliance with Belgian labor standards.
### I. Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Business Partnership: Gain deep insights into warehouse and logistics operations; provide expert HR consultancy to department heads regarding organizational design, team structuring, and performance enhancement.
* Blue-Collar Workforce Management: (Priority) Manage daily HR operations for warehouse staff, including timekeeping, shift scheduling, and labor cost optimization. Oversee relationships with temporary staffing agencies (Interim) to manage peak season demands.
* Labor Law & Compliance: Ensure all HR activities strictly adhere to Belgian Social Legislation and relevant Joint Committees (CP/CCT) regulations. Serve as the point of contact for labor relations and disciplinary actions.
* Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and initiatives that enhance organizational cohesion and employee retention.
* Payroll Coordination: Liaise with the external Social Secretariat (Social Secretariat/Sociaal Secretariaat) to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and social contributions.
### II. Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
* Professional Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
* Essential: Proven experience in managing blue-collar workforces within the logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing sectors.
* Expertise: Solid knowledge of Belgian Labor Law and social security regulations. Familiarity with local union dynamics is a plus.
* Language Proficiency: * Chinese: Native or Professional fluency (required for communication with HQ/Management).English: Fluent (for international collaboration and system reporting).French: Fluent (essential for local employee relations and communication with Belgian authorities).
