**Innovation Performance Consultant**: Help companies optimize their innovation strategy by assisting them in managing R&D funding and accompanying them in the management of incentives available in Belgium.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping clients on a daily basis to manage the financing of their innovation. Your tasks will include:
* Visiting clients regularly to conduct audits, collect data on their organization and activities, analyze the information, and evaluate opportunities to establish a professional relationship with clients.
* Preparing appeals and reimbursement requests, as well as technical files to support these requests.
* Advising clients on improving the performance of their R&D strategy and innovation management.
* Executing projects from start to finish, including the administrative side.
* Maintaining good relations with all parties involved in the process, including the Belgian tax authorities and the Belgian science policy administration (BELSPO).
* Staying up-to-date with evolutions of the national and international regulatory framework regarding R&D and Innovation.

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual with a master's degree, preferably in law or technical sciences, and an affinity for innovation in general. Ideally, you already have first work experience as a consultant. Knowledge of the Belgian R&D tax measures and/or R&D subsidies is an advantage. Dutch or French is your mother tongue, and you speak fluent English.
