Sales Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating sales strategies into actionable plans and executing them to achieve optimal results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting on activities and updates, communicating product lines and expert services, and managing sales performance throughout the year. They will also lead price negotiations and keep track of relevant developments in their field.
Responsibilities:
* Translate sales strategy into an agreed-upon specific action plan and execute it to ensure optimal execution.
* Report on activities and updates to ensure information is always up-to-date and action can be taken when necessary.
* Communicate all product lines and expert services to tap into all opportunities.
* Manage sales performance throughout the year and take action under guidance if needed.
* Lead price negotiations within agreed pricing framework to achieve most optimal sales.
* Keep track of relevant developments in own field and contribute to knowledge transfer within organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor/Master Degree or 2 years' experience in similar position; Master Business Administration, Biological Science; Food Technology.
* Commercial, strong analytical, strong communication, verbal & written, effective reporting skills.
* Customer oriented, profit oriented/CM1 oriented, diplomatic but decisive, initiative, responsible, strategic/big picture.
