YOUR ROLE
As an Expert in CAD Tools, PDK Development and Layout Design, you will play a crucial role in our semiconductor design enablement team, working on cutting‑edge technology solutions for our clients. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and maintain Process Design Kits (PDKs) that bridge the gap between semiconductor manufacturing processes and electronic design automation.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Creating and validating Design Rule Checks (DRC), Layout vs. Schematic (LVS) checks, and Parasitic Extraction (PEX) for semiconductor design processes
Developing and maintaining libraries and Parameterized Cells (PCells) to enable efficient chip design
Integrating and verifying EDA tools to ensure seamless design workflows
Creating comprehensive documentation and providing technical support to design teams
Managing version control and repository systems for PDK components and updates
YOUR PROFILE
You have strong experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics
You possess deep understanding of PDK structures and semiconductor process technologies across various nodes
You demonstrate proficiency in layout design techniques and verification methodologies for complex semiconductor designs
You are familiar with Linux environments and have scripting capabilities in languages like Python, Tcl, and Shell
You have excellent problem‑solving abilities and can communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
