Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics365CE (CRM) Technical Architect to join our Belgian Business Applications team. As a Dynamics365CE (CRM) Solution Architect you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Customer Engagement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the Technical Architecture and collaborate closely with the Solution Architect and stakeholders to provide technical guidance, ensuring best practices for architectural design and governance are followed.
* Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.
* Contribute to the Solution Architecture by validating solution design and implementation plans, keeping the Architecture aligned with the Solution Blueprint.
* Select and combine Dynamics365, Power Platform elements, (Azure) Cloud components, and systems integration components appropriately.
* Gather technical (application) requirements with the Solution Architect, client stakeholders, and project team, defining the project systems integration scope.
* Act in a presales capacity from the start of an opportunity, engaging with prospective and current clients during solution demos and evaluations.
* Participate in local and global Avanade communities, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues in the Belgian Business Applications team.
Qualifications and Experience
* At least5years of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics365CE (CRM) Technical Architect or equivalent.
* In‑depth technical expertise on the Dynamics365CE (CRM) platform covering configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
* Hands‑on knowledge of .NETC#, Power Platform or Dataverse for low‑code development, Azure Logic Apps or PowerAutomate for workflows, and AzureDevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
* Strong understanding of data modelling, migration, and integration techniques.
* Strong grasp of systems integration, integration patterns and related best practices.
* Excellent client‑relationship skills, with the ability to understand technology needs and provide tailored solutions of quality.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends.
* Experience leading and motivating cross‑functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Comfort coaching colleagues on a daily basis.
* Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
Additional Skills and Requirements
* Experience with and/or knowledge of project management methods or frameworks such as Agile, Scrum or Prince2.
