Service Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Perform timely and effective interventions to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
* Conduct pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities after thorough training.
* Deliver comprehensive training sessions both internally and externally as needed.
* Accurately complete service reports detailing time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes, and installed base data maintenance.
* Promote and sell service products to customers, enhancing up-time and maximizing sales results while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales revenue targets and drive revenue growth.
* Travel within assigned areas with occasional overnight stays and participate in global training and meetings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
* Alternatively, experience in a similar role with strong focus on Electrical/Mechanical technical troubleshooting.
* Fluency in English required; understanding of other languages beneficial but not mandatory.
* Knowledge of technical products is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, customer-facing orientation, ability to assess situations technically, and advise on solutions effectively.
* Able to follow procedures, plan time efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
