We are looking for a talented Bid Manager to strengthen our dynamic Customer Success team.
Role Overview
As Bid Manager, you are responsible for managing all bid and quotation activities, including customized conference projects. You act as the key interface between Sales, Technical, and Operational teams, ensuring clear alignment, ownership of processes, and successful project follow-up from lead generation through quotation and customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities
Manage bid and quotation activities for standard and customized conference projects.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Operations.
Own and align bid and quotation processes with sales objectives.
Manage feature requests and maintain customer follow-up.
Support lead generation with Sales teams.
Join customer visits and contribute to project follow-up.
Prepare and track quotations using SAP, CPQ tools, and Odoo.
Represent Televic at demos, product presentations, and exhibitions.
Who are we looking for ?
Minimum 5 years' experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, Project Management, or Technical Sales.
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications Technology, International Business, or similar.
Experience with project-based or customized technical solutions (technology/AV preferred).
Experienced in working with ERP/CRM tools such as SAP, CPQ, Odoo,...
Well organized, able to manage multiple opportunities proactively and structurally.
Strong analytical skills and customer-centric mindset.
Team player, likes to cooperate and partner up with peers
Excellent communication in English; other European languages are an asset.
