Job Description
Are you interested in finance and passionate about digitalisation? Join our dynamic Information Technology (IT) Controlling team and help digitalise financial processes within an international network of companies. Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of IT tools and features.

Several digitalisation processes have already been designed and implemented, and these now require maintenance and assistance. In parallel, new tools and features are developed and pilot studies are conducted to test them.
As a Finance Transformation and Digitalisation intern, you will work with two teams, jointly in charge of the digitalisation of financial processes – the IT Controlling team in Brussels and the IT Development team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Conduct tests to assess newly developed tools and help detect potential efficiency gains by solving problems during both pilot and implementation phases.
2. Provide support for existing tools and features.
3. Inform users about timelines and guide them through changes and new features.
4. Track users‘ feedback for future improvements.
This internship is compensated. An internship agreement with your university is required.
Duration: 6 months.
Starting date: September 2025.

Languages: Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
