Talent Acquisition Officer: A Dynamic Recruitment Role
This is a highly-motivated and creative position within our Recruitment team in Belgium.
About the Job
We are currently seeking a results-driven individual to manage the smooth recruitment process from start to finish for specific positions. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing recruitment needs, identifying the best recruitment channels based on defined targets, managing job adverts, qualifying candidates, arranging interviews with managers, providing feedback on candidates, and sending out offers to candidates.
The ideal candidate will also focus on increasing the volume of applicants for technical positions through sourcing and head-hunting activities via job boards, social networks, selected channels, and employer branding campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze recruitment needs
2. Develop the talents pipeline
3. Build and implement strategies to increase the volume of applicants for technical positions
4. Manage the whole recruitment cycle
5. Attend professional events such as job fairs, company presentations, networking events
6. Cold calling strategy
Requirements
* Fluent in English
* A first relevant experience in recruitment
* Motivated, disciplined, and fun
* Marketing skills and creativity
* At least a bachelor's degree
* Willing to open doors and create new contacts
* Driving license
