Your Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with global suppliers and partner mills to ensure a reliable and certified supply chain.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive terms, while aligning with sustainability goals.
• Analyze pricing structures and optimize purchasing strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing needs with production timelines and commercial demands.
• Oversee supplier performance, quality audits, and regulatory compliance to maintain high standards.
Your Profile
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement within the textile industry, with a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven experience in contract management.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages (Turkish, Chinese) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable navigating ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus) and Excel; skilled in planning and project management.
