Functieomschrijving
* Assisting team members with various administrative and office tasks
* Coordinating office supplies and addressing workplace needs
* Support with building and facility management
* Welcoming visitors
* Ensuring the office space remains functional and comfortable
* Taking the lead in organizing team events and activities
Profiel
* Proficient in both English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
* Friendly, supportive, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering efficient and high-quality service
* Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and setting clear priorities
* Quick to adapt in dynamic settings and motivated to continuously learn
