HR Business Partner – Manufacturing
Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're looking for a HR Business Partner to support two leadership teams across sterile and pharma production departments (approx. 400–500 employees).
What you'll do:
* Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior leaders.
* Drive talent processes, leadership development, and organizational design.
* Manage complex employee relations, including union matters and operator conflicts.
* Lead initiatives on absenteeism, reintegration, and cultural consistency.
* Deliver disciplinary actions and support talent reviews.
* Collaborate with HR Ops, Learning, and Talent Acquisition teams.
What we're looking for:
* 8+ years HRBP experience in a manufacturing environment (blue-collar focus).
* Strong experience with union relations and conflict resolution.
* Fluent French and good English.
* Assertive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
* Pharma experience is a plus, but not essential.
* Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
