Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Home Office
We are seeking experienced professionals to work on a wide range of assignments for our clients.
* A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, IT, Management, or Economics, or equivalent practical experience
* At least 5 years of experience in defining, implementing, and improving IT Service Management
* ITIL Foundation certification, with additional certifications an asset
* Proficiency in Dutch and French, with a working knowledge of English
* Knowledge of SIAM is a plus

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
