What you’ll do:
* Own and drive design across multiple product teams—from discovery to delivery—setting direction and ensuring quality.
* Shape product strategy in close partnership with product and engineering, aligning user needs with business goals.
* Design end-to‑end experiences and deliver high‑quality UI, staying hands‑on from concept to implementation.
* Guide and support senior designers through feedback, mentorship, and clear direction—helping them grow and do their best work.
* Raise the bar for design across the organization, improving quality, consistency, and craft.
* Help define and evolve our design practice processes, rituals, and ways of working.
* Drive design awareness across the company, shifting to a product‑led mindset where design sets the bar and keeps us ahead.
What you bring:
* A strong portfolio that shows both strategic thinking and high‑quality execution.
* 8–10+ years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
* Experience leading or mentoring designers and influencing teams without formal authority.
* Confidence working across the full product lifecycle, from ambiguity to shipped outcomes.
* Strong communication skills so you can clearly explain decisions and bring others along.
* A hands‑on mindset—you like being in the work, not just talking about it.
