Responsibilities
* Propose and implement process improvements aligned with banking and group architecture guidelines
* Simplify and optimize IT strategy and architecture processes for efficiency
* Align architecture processes with other banking teams for seamless integration
* Lead and contribute to architecture workgroups to drive enterprise process improvements
* Manage and prioritize the backlog of process improvement initiatives
* Ensure clear communication of priorities and expectations with CoE management
* Drive end-to-end rollout of process changes including communication and change management
* Support daily operations of architecture and governance processes
* Design and improve processes and tools to support architects’ day-to-day activities
* Analyze process change requirements and document solutions for continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with audit and permanent control requirements
* Act as a liaison between business processes and architecture teams
* Communicate process updates and provide ongoing support to stakeholders
* Organize and manage governance forums (e.g., validation committees, architecture meetings)
* Ensure proper documentation, agenda setting, and publishing of governance materials
* Maintain traceability of decisions and follow up on action items
Technical Skills
* Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture (Financial Services)
* Expertise in Process Management and Process Improvement
* Knowledge of Architecture Governance and IT Strategy frameworks
* Understanding of Audit, Risk, and Compliance requirements
* Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (preferred)
* Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
