Your responsibilities:
?? Daily encoding of purchases and approval of supplier invoices
?? Managing and following up on incoming emails
?? Actively assisting in customer payment follow-ups
?? Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting (stocks, depreciations, etc.)
Profil
Your profile:
?? You are detail-oriented and enjoy administrative tasks
??? You excel at planning and organization
?? You enjoy human contact and have a dynamic personality
??? You have strong writing skills
?? You are highly proficient with Microsoft Office
??? Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
?? You have 2 to 3 years of experience in an accounting department or through an internship in a fiduciary office
