We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and expand our Chromatography business in Belgium and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the chromatography market segment.

This position requires a deep understanding of chromatographic techniques and a strong commercial mindset, combined with the ability to work independently and achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in the chromatography segment across Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned territories.
* Provide technical and product support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and customer service) to deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform commercial decisions.
* Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs as defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings.


Requirements

* Degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline (or equivalent high school diploma with relevant technical background).
* Solid knowledge of main chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, etc.).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Prior experience in sales and/or within a chemical or analytical laboratory is preferred.
* Frecuent Travel within Belgium and the Netherland.
