You’ll play a key role in ensuring architecture alignment, leading technical delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.What You’ll Do:Architect and deliver scalable CRM solutions meeting business and compliance needsLead design across multiple modules and complex requirementsEnsure code and deployments follow best practices and CI/CD standardsOwn technical debt resolution and continuous improvement initiativesAct as the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 customization decisionsLiaise with Microsoft/ISV partners on upgrades and escalationsContribute to our Centre of Excellence and mentor across teamsEngage actively in Agile/Scrum ceremoniesWhat You Bring:8–10 years of experience, with deep knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE architectureExpertise in Power Platform, Azure, .NET, integrations, and deploymentStrong functional understanding of Sales, Field Service, and Customer ServiceExcellent documentation, articulation, and stakeholder communication skillsProven experience as a CRM Solution Architect (min. 3 projects)Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure) are a plusNice to Have:Experience with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), JIRA, ServiceNowStrong grasp of Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Storage
