- Role within the Digital Workplace department, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot/Agentic AI projects - Responsible for investigating and assessing new capabilities/features in the Microsoft Product Portfolio - Provides functional guidance and expertise during workshops, and documents findings - Works closely with business stakeholders, change management, and technical teams to support innovation and product launchesTypical DayDaily stand-up meetings with a cross-functional team (architects, product owners, team leads, developers, operations) - Product review, roadmap definition, rollout, and sprint planning - Definition and prioritization of requirements, user story design - Product release management and feedback collection from customers/business stakeholders - Meetings with change management team to prepare training and content for end users - Validation and qualification activities - Documentation and knowledge sharingRequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven expertise in Office 365 and its collaboration modules (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
