Have a look at our case studies The role We're Hiring an engineering lead Product: Are you the kind of person who thrives in the space between strategy and execution, who can talk architecture with engineers in the morning and delivery timelines with business leads in the afternoon — and make both conversations count? Then have a look at the following: We're looking for an engineering lead to join our product area and be the technical backbone that keeps our product teams aligned, our releases smooth, and our engineering standards high. Responsibilities: You won't manage people — you'll coordinate them. Think of yourself as the technical air traffic controller across multiple product teams: spotting conflicts before they happen, making sure the right information flows in the right direction, and keeping everyone flying in formation. More specifically, you'll: Own release coordination across the product line — sequencing, environment readiness, go-live planning, and escalation when things get complicated Bridge IT governance and product teams — translating decisions from architecture boards and the CIO into concrete, actionable directives for Tech Leads Map and manage cross-team dependencies — shared APIs, data contracts, integration points — proactively, not reactively Drive technical quality and operational readiness — quality gates, architecture compliance, incident escalation pathways Bring cost and capacity visibility — aggregating tech team input for budgeting, OKRs, and resource planning Champion AI adoption — identify where AI tools can remove friction, work with AI-enablement teams, and make sure rollouts are secure and compliant Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5–8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in technical leadership Proven track record managing Tech Leads in complex, multi-team environments Deep understanding of release management and exposure to compliance frameworks Experience in product-led organisations where empowered, outcome-driven teams are the norm If you've been looking for a role where your ability to connect dots, build trust, and get things moving is the superpower — this is it.
