About The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Process Improvement, based in our European Distribution Center in Machelen. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business users and IT, supporting and improving end‑to‑end processes across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations, primarily within SAP and related systems.
You will work in a collaborative, international environment, supporting both project‑based initiatives and day‑to‑day operations. The role combines business analysis, process optimization, system support, and project management, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands‑on, on‑site role within a team of system and process experts, supporting business‑critical systems that enable efficient order‑to‑billing and distribution operations.
This role requires you to be at the office minimum 4 days a week in Machelen.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the link between business users and IT, translating business needs into system and SAP requirements
* Analyze and improve business processes within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations
* Support SAP and related systems, including testing, documentation, and user training
* Contribute to system enhancements, digitalization, and automation initiatives
* Manage or support small‑to‑medium‑sized projects using Lean and continuous improvement principles
* Provide analytical support through data extraction, reporting, and business insights
* Support day‑to‑day operations and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Science, or a related field
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in an international business environment
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
* Very good understanding of business processes and information systems
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
* Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or process redesign methodologies
* Technical curiosity and system‑oriented mindset
* Experience working in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or Operations
* Dutch and/or French language skills
