Manager Operations - Broking Middle Office
Your role
The Manager Operations – Broking Middle Office will oversee a centralized team responsible for managing policy contracts and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Your responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team responsible for policy contract administration and invoicing.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate contract management and invoicing processes.
3. Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of policy administration and invoicing processes.
5. Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
7. Resolve any issues related to policy contracts and invoicing in a timely manner.
8. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Your profile
9. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
10. Proven experience in policy contract administration and invoicing, preferably in a managerial role.
11. Strong leadership and team management skills.
12. Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. Proficiency in process management and optimization.
15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working conditions
Hybrid working conditions with Diegem as the main office location; reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and coordinating with the Chief Broking Officer (CBO).
