Job Title: Commercial Growth Specialist
Job Summary:
This role involves driving commercial growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with operational and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
* Negotiate contracts with clients at a high level, working in concert with the Commercial Director.
* Translate contract awards into actionable plans for the internal organization.
Requirements:
* A minimum bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish being an asset.
* A hands-on mentality, willingness to work on the floor, problem-solving skills, and strong negotiating abilities.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* In possession of a car driver's license.
