Your ResponsibilitiesManage monthly closings and ensure the accuracy of financial data (daily bookings handled by a junior accountant).Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.Analyze profitability, cash flow, and key performance indicators, providing clear recommendations.Develop and monitor sales reporting in close collaboration with the sales department.Perform ad hoc financial analyses (investments, pricing strategies, specific projects).Optimize reporting tools using advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookup/index functions).Support supply flow monitoring; knowledge of customs procedures is a strong asset.
ProfileEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management, or equivalent experience.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in reporting, controlling, or audit.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of monthly closings and financial reporting.Excellent analytical mindset.Advanced Excel skills (tested during the first interview).Experience with customs procedures is a major advantage.LanguagesFluent in Dutch with a good command of English. French is considered an asset.Personal SkillsAutonomous, analytical, and confident in presenting financial insights to management and commercial teams.
