Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a Global CRM Program Lead to spearhead the transition and evolution of their global engagement platform. This role focuses on co‑leading program management to design and roll out a strategic environment for worldwide stakeholder engagement.
* Define the global project ambitions, roadmap, and rollout strategy for the transition of the core engagement platform.
* Co‑lead program governance and coordinate various workstreams to ensure alignment between business and IT objectives.
* Engage with regional teams to ensure that local business needs and customer journeys are integrated into the global design.
* Manage senior leadership interactions and drive decision‑making processes regarding program milestones and strategic trade‑offs.
* Oversee change management initiatives and end‑user adoption strategies to ensure a successful global implementation.
* Mitigate program risks and ensure delivery of objectives on time and within the specified budget.
* You have a Master's degree.
* You bring 8+ years of experience leading global business or functional transformation programs within cross‑regional environments.
* You possess extensive experience in project management and change management initiatives.
* You're known for strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making abilities when engaging with senior leadership.
* You are fluent in English.
