We are seeking a Strategic BI/Data Analyst with a strong analytics mindset and a passion for translating data into actionable insights. This role will support key business stakeholders in forming effective strategies based on data analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst and will be proficient in Power BI and SAP systems.
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data effectively.
* Utilize SAP systems to gather and manipulate data for various business functions.
* Conduct regular performance analysis to measure the success of business strategies and initiatives.
* Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics to improve analytical processes continuously.
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst, preferably in an FMCG environment.
* Proficient in Power BI and SAP systems; experience with other data visualization tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Information Technology).
