Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to oversee all administrative tasks related to purchase and sales process. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a proven proficiency in SAP/Salesforce/Odoo.
Sales and Procurement Assistant
The key responsibilities of this position include performing and overseeing all administrative tasks, preparing orders confirmation, managing invoices, and maintaining records in the systems. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely administrative support for procurement and logistics operations and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase and Sales Process Management: Oversee all administrative tasks related to purchase and sales process including preparing and processing orders, supplier invoices, and internal approvals.
* Record Maintenance: Maintain and update records in the systems.
* Order Processing Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Skills: Proven proficiency in SAP/Salesforce/Odoo.
* Languages: Good level of English is required.
