Electrical Engineer – French and/or Dutch + English – ALTEN Belgium
The Position
As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Belgium .
As an Electrical Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
* Design and develop electrical systems and components for industrial or infrastructure projects
* Perform electrical calculations and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations
* Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and schematics
* Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise throughout the lifecycle
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Experience in a similar position (junior or experienced)
* Knowledge in:
* Electrical design and power distribution
* Control systems and automation
* Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
* Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
* Proficiency in electrical design tools (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical)
* Languages: French and/or Dutch, English required
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
