Colleagues with an ambition to develop themselves, their customers and their colleagues, and have the ability to co-build a future proof HR function in innovative ways. You will help our team and clients to succeed if you have the following qualifications, expertise and skills: A Master’s degree or equivalent. Specialization in HR Management is an asset; A strong interest in HR data and you approach HR challenges in a data-driven way; Commercial ‘flair’ and are client-oriented together with a hands-on approach; Ability to take ownership of work on client engagements and work together in a team to ensure successful delivery; Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience; You are digitally minded; Have good networking skills; Build collaborative relationships; Seek feedback and motivate others; Are proactive and can demonstrate a “can-do” attitude; Can demonstrate integrity by being reliable and dependable; Can work independently and in a team; Are flexible and can adapt their working style (remote work, one-site…) according to circumstances and client needs; Fluent communication and facilitation skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English. Good knowledge of French is an asset.
