For one of our clients, we are looking for a Lead Data Architect / Crew Manager .

Your role
As a Google Data Architect, you will help the client design strategies, roadmaps, and scalable data architectures that enable business growth and innovation. You will bring structure to global enterprises, support scale-ups in leveraging data for rapid growth, and show traditional companies the possibilities of cloud-based data solutions.
Architecture here goes beyond diagrams - it's about building practical, scalable solutions. That's why the team invests in training and coaching, making sure every architect understands both the code and the impact of architectural decisions.
In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you will also take on the role of Crew Manager. You'll coach and guide a team of consultants, shape the vision of the department, and foster innovation and continuous learning.
What we're looking for
Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus. French is a plus.
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience.
At least 3 years of experience with Data Modelling, Data Transformations and Data Governance on a cloud platform.
Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Storage, Dataform) is a plus.
Background in Azure or AWS? The client provides full support and training to help you smoothly transition to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Knowledge of tools such as dbt, Airbyte or Power BI.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, hands-on, and not afraid to try new things.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and design scalable solutions.
