Job Description
Work within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team.
Supervise several business analysts.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project.
Interact and validate requirements with the business
Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in depth understanding of a specific business domain (see skills).
Create, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment.
Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint.
Involved in the decision-making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints.
Participate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM).
Participate to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint.
Organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint.
Facilitate the acceptance of the product by the business.
Develop and maintains standards for testing.
Provide progress reporting.
Assist with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information.
Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs.
May perform the role of Scrum master.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
Master's degree & 8 years of experience in IT (non-overlapping with studies).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
Knowledge of request for quotation, submission and evaluation, awarding business processes for Procurement
Experience with contract financial and operational preparation, signature, amendment and execution
Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies Information Systems.
Experience in Agile environments and good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).
Ability to give business and technical presentations.
Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
