This is a pivotal role within our EMEA region, with France representing one of our primary markets and Brussels serving as a key center of European decision‐making.
We are looking for a motivated and influential leader to continue shaping policies that support home dialysis, strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders, and drive meaningful change in renal care across Europe.
About the Role

* Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, healthcare authorities, payers, and patient associations in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and with EU institutions.
* Represent Vantive in local, national, and European associations, conferences, and stakeholder forums.
* Monitor and analyze healthcare policy and reimbursement developments across the region, providing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
* Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams—including Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Supply Chain—to ensure alignment between policy initiatives and business goals.
* Support and contribute to policy advocacy initiatives relevant to the French, Belgian, Dutch, and EU environments.
* Partner with patient organizations and advocacy groups to advance education, access initiatives, and awareness campaigns across the three markets and at EU level.
* Work with regional Communications and Marketing teams to plan and deliver impactful patient awareness activities.
This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on renal care policy across multiple key markets and within the European Union.
What We're Looking For
* Significant experience in the healthcare sector or related industry.
* A university degree, ideally in Political Science, Healthcare, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Strong knowledge of the health policy landscape in the region.
* A solid network within the Brussels/EU community; connections in France, Belgium, or the Netherlands are a strong plus.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
* Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem‐solving skills.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across matrixed, fast‐paced teams.
* A proactive, adaptable, and results‐oriented mindset with high accountability.
