We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team and champion design excellence. Your mission will be to actively challenge and elevate our user experience, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, seamless, and perfectly aligned with our users' needs.
This is a position for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in product UX/UI design.
What You'll Do:
* Own the User Experience: Drive the design process from concept to execution, ensuring our product is intuitive, efficient, and meets the real needs of our users.
* Champion Great Design: Act as the voice of the user, providing expert UI/UX recommendations and challenging the status quo to push our product forward.
* Shape the Product: Directly influence the product with your design insights. While our co-founders guide the overall strategy, your work will be critical to its success.
* Collaborate to Innovate: Work in a dynamic, cross-functional team alongside product, engineering, and customer success to translate complex goals into elegant and simple design solutions.
Qualifications:
* A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered UX/UI design.
* Proven experience designing SaaS platforms or complex digital tools, ideally within a B2B context.
* Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma (our primary tool)
* Ability to translate user research and stakeholder feedback into thoughtful design iterations.
* Excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
