We are looking for an administrative assistant for a laboratory in Zaventem. You will join the Investigator Services team and provide support to investigator sites, monitor, and other departments through communication of information, training sites and documentation of services pertaining to clinical trials.
Your tasks:
You will answer all the questions, take orders and provide site education on a study level.
You are responsible for internal and external communication: placing all calls, answering incoming phone calls, handling emails and communicate sponsor alert, etc.
You will also be responsible for resolving different types of queries within assigned timelines and other duties as assigned or required.
You have an overall view off the site performance to be able meet the timelines and execution of the protocol to ensure clean data at the earliest time point.

You have an administrative background.
You have a very good knowledge of English.

You have excellent problem solving skills
You can work well with MS Office: Outlook, Word
You are good at time management
You can work independently and together with a team
You can work in rotating shifts between 7h30-19h06
You can work on SaturdaysAanbodYou work in rotating shifts. 3 weeks: 7h30-15h36 and 3 weeks: 11h-19h06.
