Is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions. An international environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)
We are currently looking for a Project Leader – Dealer Network Certification for one of our clients in the automotive sector.
You will join the Training & Certification team responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of all certification programs within the dealer network.
The objective of this team is to guarantee that all professionals within the network meet the highest standards of performance and expertise, as defined by the brands and business stakeholders.
Within this context, the Project Leader – Dealer Network Certification will coordinate, organize, and continuously improve the certification processes, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and in line with quality expectations.
Certification Planning & Execution
Define and manage the annual certification plan in collaboration with Training Managers and internal stakeholders.
Manage certification data, archive results, and ensure all records are accurately entered into the LMS system.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
Implement a continuous improvement process to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality frameworks.
Prepare and monitor the annual certification budget, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
Act as the main point of contact for certification-related topics between internal teams, brand representatives, and dealers.
Support regional and local market teams in the implementation of certification activities.
Represent the certification team in cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, training coordination, or certification management.
Proven experience working with dealer networks or within the automotive industry is a strong asset.
Good understanding of training processes, quality standards, and performance management systems.
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Languages
Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Team player with a positive and improvement-oriented mindset.
