It’s on us, to make new energy work.ResponsibilitiesOverall target setting, including Capex allocation and full Profit & Loss responsibility for the directly steered businessOversee the overall operations and maintenance strategy of EPPB’s assets, including operational responsibility, and drive digitalisation and technology initiativesEnsure HSE-compliant operations of EPPB’s assets, including the development and implementation of a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) framework and mindsetDrive the continuous decarbonisation of the asset and product portfolio through the use of new technologiesDrive business development through the implementation of a competency model and the leveraging of cross-company synergiesFoster a strong focus on culture building within the organisationManage internal and external relationships, fostering effective collaboration and communication, and contribute to collaboration initiatives within the EEP Group and EIS organisationRequirementsUniversity degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent qualificationSubstantial executive leadership experience, ideally international, with a proven ability to build, structure and lead new functions and organisationsStrong background in a commercially driven industry, combined with deep expertise in the energy sector (urban development, industrial clients, city infrastructure)Excellent leadership, management and organisational capabilities with a strong track record of deliveryStrong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skillsResults-oriented, with a pragmatic, solution-focused and problem-solving approach, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive changeFluent in English and Dutch (C1 level) and willing to travel regularly (20–40%)High flexibility: Find your balance with our hybrid working model and flexible working hours, including sabbaticals and job sharingWorkation option: Make Europe your office!
