Description du poste
En tant que Community Manager, vous serez responsable de la création, de la gestion et de la croissance de la communauté en ligne de nos clients. Vous créerez des interactions, établirez des relations et assurerez une présence en ligne positive.
Responsabilités
* Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de community engagement.
* Gérer et surveiller les différents médias sociaux (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Collaborer avec l'équipe créative pour créer et gérer un contenu engageant.
* Répondre de manière professionnelle et rapide aux commentaires et aux demandes de renseignements.
* Analyser les métriques de la communauté et établir des rapports sur l'engagement et le feedback de celle-ci.
* Collaborer avec les Digital Account Manager pour s'aligner sur la stratégie.
* Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de médias sociaux.
A propos de vous
* Titulaire d'un bachelier en marketing, en communication ou dans un domaine similaire.
* Expérience dans la gestion de communauté en ligne ou de médias sociaux.
* Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais (le néerlandais est un plus).
* Maîtrise des outils de médias sociaux et des programmes d'analyse.
* Créatif, proactif et orienté vers la recherche de solutions.
* Capable de travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
