* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, IT Service Delivery, or Customer Solutions roles.
* Proven experience managing and developing technical support or IT service teams.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software applications, system implementation, and troubleshooting.
* Experience supporting customer-facing technology solutions and system deployments.
* Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
