We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support the rollout of a data reduction system for a major pharmaceutical client. You will join our Data Strategy & Reduction Group, collaborating with scientists, lab managers, and technicians to capture key requirements, support platform adoption, and help create efficient data management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the data reduction system implementation. Assist in creating user stories and functional specifications. Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand laboratory data workflows and reporting needs. Support testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure they align with user needs. Contribute to data visualization efforts by designing dashboards and reports based on user insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers) for seamless project delivery. Help develop simple data reduction workflows. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the system. Support documentation efforts, including process maps, requirements documentation, and training guides. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field. 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of data management, data visualization, and analytics. Experience in object-oriented programming. Familiarity with Tibco software platform for data visualization is a plus. Exposure to tools like Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders and transform business needs into actionable solutions. Fluency in English and French. Willingness to travel to the office at least once a week. Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams is an advantage. Familiarity with laboratory workflows and scientific data management is a plus.
