As part of Decathlon's Circular Business & Sustainability department, we aim to create the best rental service for sporting gear on the market, transforming how people access and enjoy sport. As our Platform & Operations Manager, you'll be a doer-builder ensuring our rental platform runs smoothly, processes scale efficiently, and customers are delighted. You'll take our different Rental offers from MVP to a fully scalable platform, thriving in operational challenges, streamlining workflows, and piloting tools and automations.
This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to design scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

As Platform & Operations Manager, you will:
1. Design & Optimize our rental experience from A to Z — across all channels (online & in-store), customer touchpoints, and back-office flows.
2. Scale Operationsby building robust, automated, and efficient processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
3. Lead Platform Evolution by defining the product roadmap with tech teams, and driving improvements on our digital stack (Shopify, OMS, CRM, inventory systems…).
4. Boost Customer Experience by continuously identifying friction points and acting fast to resolve them with scalable solutions.
5. Drive Circular Innovation by supporting new service models (maintenance, second life, subscription, repair) and ensuring a seamless operational integration.
6. Watch over the full life cycle of our rental assets — from first ride to final return — making sure they live their best, most active life.
7. Ensure our bikes and products flow seamlessly from warehouse to customer by tracking stock, managing returns and refurbishments, and partnering with delivery teams to provide the right product, at the right place, at the right time.
8. Measure & Improve through data analysis, dashboards, experimentation, and customer feedbacks.

Moreover, you have :
16. 1 to 3 years of proven experience in SaaS product management, operations or Business process design and/or Business Analyse, ideally in digital services, mobility, retail, logistics or circular economy.
17. Familiarity with CMS, ERP/OMS, CRM, API-based tools, or workflow automations
18. Experience in tracking record in process optimization, scaling a service, or improving customer journeys.
19. Fluent in English, native in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other language
20. Bonus: Experience in startups, automotive & mobility, or subscription-based services.
