As a Product Owner for our CI/CD and Application Security (AppSec) team, you will lead the vision and roadmap for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and application security, enhancing the developer experience across the company. You will be an integral part of a team leading the change to DevOps, fostering a culture of collaboration and automation that spans development and operations. Your focus will be on developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, integrating security practices, and ensuring our software development and release processes are efficient, secure, reliable, and scalable.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Translate strategic plans into team Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
2. Act as a servant leader, promoting self-organization within the team.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate a prioritized and focused way of working.
4. Create and refine the product backlog, setting priorities and monitoring progress with Scrum Masters.
5. Develop and implement the CI/CD and AppSec strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals.
6. Ensure the security and compliance of CI/CD pipelines and processes.
7. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
8. Establish and track KPIs and metrics to measure CI/CD and AppSec effectiveness and efficiency.
9. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including other departments and vendors.

Our Ideal Product Owner - CI/CD and AppSec:
17. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
18. At least 5 years of experience managing teams of software engineers or developers.
19. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and best practices.
20. Technical expertise with DevOps tools (Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes).
21. Solid knowledge of application security practices and tools.
22. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
23. Strong leadership and management skills.
24. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
25. Experience in a large telco or telecom environment is an advantage.
26. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
