Revenue Optimization Specialist
Your role and responsibilities will be centered around determining the optimal pricing strategy in various regions and monitoring margins to ensure alignment with business objectives.
1. You will work closely with General Managers to develop tailored actions that shape, build, and optimize pricing strategies for their respective regions.
2. In collaboration with Market Intelligence, you will gather, process, and analyze relevant market data to inform pricing decisions.
3. You will determine the most suitable sales prices and conditions for assigned regions or branches, ensuring alignment with company policies.
4. Ad-hoc pricing requests from various stakeholders will be handled promptly to provide customers with accurate price information.
5. You will provide training and support to pricing colleagues within the organization to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Regular internal training courses will be completed to maintain and update professional knowledge.
How to succeed / Your profile
* A Master's degree in economics or equivalent experience is required.
* Proficiency in English is essential, with Dutch and/or Spanish being a desirable asset.

* You will work independently, taking initiative to drive results.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills, along with flexibility and proactivity, are crucial for this position.
* Organizational structure, PC literacy, and attention to detail are also important attributes.
* This role will primarily focus on the Americas region, with occasional short trips required. Regular evening work may be necessary due to the time difference, but flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home will be offered.
