* We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Resiliency and IT Continuity Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of critical IT services during incidents or failures.
* You will own and drive activities that ensure IT reactivity during critical application or datacenter failures. This includes managing Application Impact Analyses, Continuity Run Books, Disaster Recovery Exercises, and being the go-to person for resiliency topics across multiple Agile Tribes.
* You will work closely with stakeholders to prepare and facilitate full DR exercises, validating readiness, planning risk mitigations, and ensuring flawless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in resiliency, security, ops engineering, or architecture
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud, middleware, and mainframes
* Scrum values champion: focused, open, courageous, and collaborative
* Able to communicate complex information simply, especially under pressure
* Stakeholder management chops and technical credibility
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a bonus
