Freelance Opportunity – Digital Euro Operations Expert
TEALS is looking for an experienced freelance professional to support a high-impact European initiative focused on the Digital Euro.
Your Role
You will contribute to the operational readiness of a large-scale digital payment platform, ensuring procedures, reporting, and organizational structures are clearly defined and effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and draft operational procedures and related documentation (Manual of Operational Procedures, forms, workflows)
* Design and refine daily operational processes for the platform
* Develop an operations reporting framework, including KPIs, metrics, and reporting templates for governance bodies
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a connectivity guide for technical integration (NCBs & PSPs)
* Configure and optimize operations tools and dashboards (monitoring, ticketing, reporting)
* Support the setup and definition of the operations organization model
Collaboration
You will work closely with multiple project teams and service providers across the ecosystem, contributing to a coordinated and structured delivery approach.
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in operations process design and documentation, ideally in retail payments
* Strong experience with process visualization tools (e.g. Visio)
* Hands-on expertise with service desk, monitoring, and ticketing tools
* Proven track record in operations reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
* Solid knowledge of ITIL 4 (certification is a strong plus)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
